What data we collect

• Contact form: name, organisation (if you enter it), email address, the topic and description of your enquiry, and the page from which you reached the form.
• Email and phone: the data you send us yourself when you write to us or call us.
• Analytics and ad measurement (only with your consent): data on how you use the website — pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, source of the visit — via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel.

Why we use it

• Replying to your enquiry and preparing a proposal — we use data from the form, emails and calls to reply to you and arrange our cooperation (steps prior to entering into a contract and legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
• Analytics and ad measurement — to see which pages are useful, what needs improving and whether our social media posts have reached the right people. These tools are loaded only if you accept them (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Who else processes the data

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We use service providers who process it on our behalf:

• Hosting provider — the server on which the website runs and through which messages from the form are sent.
• Google (Google Workspace for email, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager; Google Ireland Ltd.). Some data may be transferred to the USA, protected under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• Meta (Meta Pixel; Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — only with your consent, to measure posts and ads on Facebook and Instagram. Some data may be transferred to the USA, with the same protection.
• YouTube — videos on the website are loaded from youtube-nocookie.com only when you click on a video.
• 3D model examples — open from our demo pages on artdivision.hr and artdivision.eu.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries and correspondence: up to 2 years from the last contact, unless we continue working together — in that case, for the duration of our cooperation and as long as required by law.
• Analytics: according to the Google Analytics setting, for a maximum of 14 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to withdraw your consent. Contact us at info@artdivision.hr — we will reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe that the processing does not comply with the regulations, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr.

Cookies

The essential part of the website works without cookies. We set cookies for analytics and ad measurement only if you accept them in the bar at the bottom of the page — until then, these tools are not loaded at all. You can change your choice via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
